Location
They were very disorganized they lost my booking infi twice made it very hard to check in , the room keys dint work on my last night they had to come open the door n dint even ofer to get me a good key so I was stuck in the room

One of the buildings is located on the beach. The room where we stayed was in a building on the other side of a small road. The pool and tiki bar were located outside the beachside building. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It is between Deerfield Beach and Fort Lauderdale. The beach by the hotel was very nice.
The condition of the hotel room was laughable

Close to beach and grocery.
There are two buildings for the hotel and one of the buildings is not on the beach. I was not aware of this.

The best part of the stay at this hotel was its proximity to the beach. The pool was nice too.
The staff was rude, uncaring,obnoxious and unfriendly. Desperately needs new mattresses.We experienced problems with shower, A/C , TV and overall service. The rate of the hotel was much higher due to taxes and service charges.

The location is good
The guest service is deficient, I Can´t understand how a manager is not available in a hotel, I had a problem with my reservation and the manager works from 8 to 4 Monday to Friday only, there is no other manager during the evenings and weekends, it´s a turism business!!!! need to have people with the empowerment to solve problems.

The location is excellent. Right by the sea, near shops, restaurants and a supermarket cross the street.
Staff a bit rought, cleaness could be better, no breakfast (there is just complementary coffee in the rooms ), limited cable TV and Internet (just one spot in the business center)

We upgraded on the room to a room at the beach side hotel and enjoyed the ocean view from our room.
We liked everything about the new room.

We got uppgraded as we came early and our room was not ready. Noicy at night alot of music and partying by the pool.

It was a very nice place my room was amazing for the money looking out onto the ocean every morning afternoon and evening is what I came for and thats what I had. :) I would like to thank Michele for being so helpful and I will be back again and will recommend to my friends.
